Our Policies

PRICING POLICY:  All purchases are in Canadian funds.  Prices are subject to change without notice.

SHIPPING POLICY:  Policies are subject to change without notice.

Shipping and Handling on items are listed in Canadian funds and apply to orders being shipped within Canada only.   Most items will be shipped either Canada Post, or Greyhound within 3 days of receiving your order.  . Please note that no supplier has everything in stock all the time. You will be notified by email if an item is out of stock, and given an estimated shipping date for backordered items.  Customers will be contacted when their order is ready to ship. If you need to receive the order by a specific date please indicate that on your order.   On international orders, you will be contacted for your credit card information to accommodate additional charges for freight  for shipments outside Canada.  Shipping policy for individual categories is listed below.  If you have any questions or concerns,  please contact us at info@mirogegallery.com .

STAINED GLASS SUPPLIES - Supplies are shipped within Canada only. 

All freight charges are paid by the customer.  It is difficult to accurately estimate parcel post or greyhound until the order is picked, packaged and weighed as both carriers use cubed weight or actual whichever is greater. We offer a wide range of products and no two orders are ever the same or package the same way.  Freight will be added to the order once it is packaged.  On supply orders purchased through the website, please be advised that you will be contacted for your credit card information in order to process the additional freight charge.    We always ship 'Insured for Loss' for the value of the shipment before taxes.  There is absolutely no coverage available for breakage of glass or ceramics.  We take care when packaging glass and to date  we have not experienced any breakage.


Small orders may be sent by mail or parcel service, to a maximum of 70 pounds per package and 108" combined length and girth.  Larger orders over 100 pounds will be shipped motor freight and will have a $15 pallet charge.  Glass can be shipped by parcel service in small pieces (approximately 12" x 12") with a $10.00 packaging fee.  Larger crates of glass have a crating charge of $30. for full case, or $20.00 for half case.  Cutting may be done to accoommodate crating. 

NOTE CARDS:    Can be shipped internationally.  They will be mailed by Canada Post within 3 days of receipt of order.  You will be notified if your item is not in stock, with an estimated shipping schedule.  Please note that on orders for note cards only, a shipping & handling fee will be added, and an additonal $1.00 per package on each additional card package ordered.  On international orders, you will be contacted for your credit card information to accommodate additional charges for freight  for shipments outside of Canada

STAINED GLASS ORNAMENTS:  Can be shipped internationally.  Orders under 70 pounds will be mailed by Canada Post within 3 days of receipt of order.  You will be notified if your item is not in stock, with an estimated shipping schedule.  Please note that on orders for stained glass ornaments only, a shipping & handling fee will be added, and an additonal $3.50 per ornament on each additional ornament ordered.  On international orders, you will be contacted for your credit card information to accommodate additional charges for freight  for shipments outside of Canada.

STAINED GLASS SUNCATCHERS AND PANELS, AND FRAMED PHOTOGRAPHS:   Can be shipped internationally for  items under 8" x 10", under  $250.00 and under 70 pounds.  They  will be mailed by Canada Post within 3 days of receipt of order.  You will be notified if your item is not in stock, with an estimated shipping schedule.  Please note that on orders for either stained glass suncatchers and panels or photographs, a shipping & handling fee will be added depending on size and weight of item, and an increasing with the amount of items being ordered.  On international orders, you will be contacted for your credit card information to accommodate additional charges for freight  for shipments outside of Canada.   

PAINTINGS, FRAMED PHOTOGRAPHS and STAINED GLASS PIECES larger than 8"x10" , up to a maximum of 2' x 3'. will be shippped within Canada only.  As most bigger pieces are not normally in stock, please allow 3 - 4 weeks for production and shipping.  Oversized pieces will be shipped by either Greyhound or FedEx.   Due to the problems with estimating freight charges for oversized and overweight pieces, you will be contacted for your credit card information to accommodate additional charges for freight  once shipment is packaged. 

GIFTWARES:    Can be shipped internationally.  They  will be mailed by either Canada Post,  Greyhound  or FedEx within 3 days of receipt of order.  You will be notified if your item is not in stock, with an estimated shipping schedule.  Please note that on orders for giftwares, a shipping & handling fee will be added depending on size and weight of item, and will increasing with the amount of items being ordered.  On international orders, you will be contacted for your credit card information to accommodate additional charges for freight  for shipments outside of Canada.   

FABRIC ART:  Is shipped only within Canada.  Stock items will be mailed by Canada Post within 3 days of receipt of order.   You will be notified if your item is not in stock, with an estimated shipping schedule.  Please note that on orders for fabric art, a shipping & handling fee will be added depending on size and weight of item, and will increasing with the amount of items being ordered.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS:   Are shipped only within Canada.  They  will be mailed by either Canada Post or Greyhound within 3 days of receipt of order.   You will be notified if your item is not in stock, with an estimated shipping schedule.  Please note that on orders for any type of floral arrangement, a shipping & handling fee will be added depending on size and weight of item, and will increasing with the amount of items being ordered. 

For any other items, please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.   Please note that size and weight varies, so  the shipping & handling charge will also vary depending on the size and weight of the item being offered, with the minimum charge being $5.00.  

Delivery: When your shipment arrives make sure you receive the number of boxes you have signed for on the carrier's receipt. If incorrect quantities or merchandise is received through an error on our part please notify us within 24 hours after receipt and we will make necessary arrangements to solve the problem to your satisfaction. Failure contact us within the allotted time frame shall be considered evidence that Miroge Gallery & Gifts has satisfactorily performed it's obligations.


Gift Services:   If you would like any of our items shipped as a gift to someone special, please contact us by email at info@mirogegallery.com .  Gift wrapping is a service offered as part of the shipping and handling fee.   In your email please be sure to include recipient's name, address, what occasion the gift is for, and what greeting you would like on the gift card. 

SALES & RETURN POLICY

Prices & availability information is subject to change without notice. All items are priced in Canadian Dollars.

Return policies: Due to the fragile nature of our products we take extreme precautions in packaging your merchandise to ensure it arrives undamaged. Problems rarely occur but can happen. In the event of damage during the shipping process, please retain the item, and all packaging material, including the box, as they will be needed to launch the insurance claim process with Canada Post. We will replace your item only if it is damaged in shipment. Please email us at info@mirogegallery.com or phone us at 403-396-9940 in Red Deer, AB, within 24 hours to make arrangements to solve the problem to your satisfaction. Do not return any merchandise without prior approval. All returns need a return confirmation number issued by Miroge Gallery & Gifts. Unauthorized returns will not be credited. For your own protection, please insure all returned goods. Purchaser is responsible for all Shipping & Handling costs on returns.

All products are hand-crafted and are a unique creation, so slight variances may occur in the size, color and appearance. None of our products are considered to be returnable items. All sales are final. Stained glass items with small blisters and flow lines are inevitable in blown and molten glass and are not considered defective. However, we will work with you on any issue deemed reasonable.

GST in the amount of 5% is charged on all orders within Canada. GST # 852008614RT0001         

Florals are all assembled from dried or silks materials, and shipped only within Canada.

Items will be shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified by customer. International shipping charges and insurance, would be an additional charge that would need to be added after your order is submitted. order. Any customs fees, duty and/or brokerage fees will be the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

 PRIVACY POLICY

Confidential information: No confidential information is being collected on this website. All payments are processed by InternetSecure, who meet current Payment Card Industry (PCI) standards. Purchases are processed in Canadian funds only, by Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express.  We cannot accept COD orders.

Email updates: Email contact information is only collected from customers who have placed an order, or website contacts who have requested to be added to our newsletter to receive updates and special sales promotions.   Your information is not shared with anyone else� so be sure to sign up to receive updated information from Miroge Gallery & Gifts.  If you want your email address removed from our newsletter mail out, send us an email to info@mirogegallery.com and type "Unsubscribe" in the subject line.

Customer information records: Please insure that your mailing address and contact information are current for shipping purposes. Miroge Gallery & Gifts maintains a private customer data base compiled from shipping information only (customer name, address, mailing address, contact information, and items purchased). This data is not accessible from the internet, does not include any banking/credit card information, and will not be shared outside Miroge Gallery & Gifts.

You do not gain any ownership right, title or other interest in the actual design of any object obtained from us, even though you may own the physical item. For our designs, any rights granted to you constitute a license and not a transfer of title. Commercial use is not allowed without permission from us.

Liability:
We are not responsible for willful damage, negligence, alterations, or normal wear & tear.
These items are artwork, and are as such, not toys, and are not suitable for children's playthings.

Most of our stained glass products contain lead, which can be toxic if ingested. Do not handle the products excessively. Wash your hands in warm soapy water after handling soldered products. Safely discard materials used for polishing & packaging.
