This lovely mosaic cross combines the Tiffany foil method of stained glass art with mosaic art. The base was created of foiled clear glass and bevels soldered together, then the tesserae was adhered to the base and grouted with a soft beige to blend. The back of the cross was then sprayed with a turquoise glass paint to finish. Careful handling is recommended to avoid scratches in the finish.
