The design, which was inspired by a panel displayed on "theglassknight.com" website, was created by Jan Fischer. The doves and lilies are fashioned from white iridized glass, the heart from a light burgandy-plum translucent glass, and the background from a clear gluechip. The interlocking wedding rings are copper wire overlay. The names and date panels were painted and baked prior to assembly. The panel was then finished with a copper came edging and an antique brass patina to blend the gold lettering and copper accents used in construction. Finished piece measured just under 15" x 15". There would be a minimum additional cost of $85.00 for stained glass lettering rather than painted.
